Hello! I am Heidi, a Portsmouth based Virtual Assistant working remotely to support small businesses throughout the whole of the UK.

 Offering a wide range of admin services to suit you and your business needs, I work on an 'adhoc' basis as well as providing regular support. 

My services include Administration Support, Bookkeeping and Social Media Management.

Being a dab hand at Canva, I can design your Canva graphics for you in no time, create templates for you to use over and over.  Plus I even offer a Canva Tutorial Session if you would like to learn how to design them graphics yourself.

Hiring Process

It is much simpler than people think to hire with a Virtual Assistant,

here is a step by step guide of the process:

  1. Book a Call 

  2. Attend the telephone consultation or Zoom Call (your preference)

  3. After the call has ended, I will email you over a Welcome Pack which will include: Proposal & Rates / details of how I work / T&Cs / Contract 

  4. If you would like to go ahead then sign the Contract & T&Cs

  5. Invoice will be sent out

  6. Then you settle the invoice

  7. I start work

Once I start work for you and your business, I offer a flexible Virtual Assistant services to suit your needs, even if you just need an hour per month to help with a task you hate,

Being fully insured, as well as, ICO Registered (Data Protection) you have the knowledge that your data is safe in my hands.
